Registering the ProScan Software

The first time that you try to enable communications, you will be asked to provide a serial number as shown to the left. If you installed ProScan from a CD-ROM, the serial number should be on the case or sleeve. If you downloaded ProScan from the web site, you should have received a serial number via email after your payment cleared. Simply enter your serial number and hit the "Register" button. You will then be allowed to enable communications and begin using ProScan.

Keep your serial number safe!

Don't throw away your serial number after you have entered it!  You will need it again if you ever need to reinstall your software.  We will not be able to provide you with another serial number if you cannot provide proof of payment.

If you have lost your serial number or never received one, please contact us from the web site: http://www.MyScanTool.com and be sure to include proof of payment.
