Reading Trouble Codes

1. Establish a connection with a vehicle.
2. Select the Diagnostic Trouble Codes tool from the tool selection combobox.
3. Click the Refresh button.

Clicking the Refresh button will send a series of commands to the connected vehicle. ProScan will indicate the status of the vehicle's Check Engine light, the number of codes stored, each trouble code along with any available details, and any freeze frame data that may exist.
