Performing a Run

1. Read the Tips for Best Results.
2. Establish a connection with a vehicle.
3. Select the Track Performance tool from the tool selection combobox.
4. Bring the vehicle to a complete stop on an open, straight, and level road. (Off-road, or obey traffic laws!)
5. Click the Stage button under the Control group.
6. When ready, begin to accelerate as quickly and smoothly as possible. ProScan will start the timer and begin logging data once the vehicle begins moving. The timeslip parameters will display once they are calculated. ProScan will stop the timer and quit logging data once a 1/4 mile has been traveled or the Reset button has been clicked.
7. If you are happy with the results, save the data to file for future viewing.
