ProScan Help - The User Interface

ProScan's User Interface

Toolbar

 

Status Bar

File Menu

  • Enable Communications

When communications are enabled, ProScan listens for a vehicle connection.

  • Disable Communications

Communications are disabled by default. ProScan will not listen for a vehicle in this state.

  • Page Setup

Allows you to configure your print settings.

  • Print Preview

Allows you to see how your printed page will look.

  • Print

Prints the active information.

  • Exit

Exits the application.

View Menu

  • Toolbar

Toggles whether or not the Toolbar is displayed.

Setup Menu

  • Settings

Opens the Preferences dialog, allowing you to change ProScan's settings.

  • Vehicle Profiles

Opens the Vehicle Manager, allowing you to change the active profile or manage your existing profiles.

Tools Menu

Selecting a tool from this menu simply switches ProScan's functionality.

Help Menu

  • Help

Opens the help document.

  • About ProScan

Opens a dialog which displays the version number, release date, and your serial number.
