However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days of the date you received your merchandise, and we will refund the full purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Gore Research warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original purchase.

If the Product becomes defective during its warranty period, Gore Research will, at its option repair or replace the product with a new or comparable product. This Warranty does not cover and shall be void for defects or damages resulting from normal wear & tear, casualty, accident, alterations, misuse, abuse, unusual conditions, or use with devices not included in our product compatibility list.

This Warranty shall be void in the event of improper installation, operation or maintenance, improper service or repair by other than Gore Research Service Providers, and improper connections with peripherals or other causes not arising from defects in materials or workmanship.
